Cash on Delivery (COD) \u2013 Orders Above Rs. 10,000<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For orders with a total value <strong>above Rs. 10,000<\/strong>, <strong>partial or full advance payment may be required<\/strong> before dispatch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the order is placed, our team will share\u00a0<strong>bank transfer details via WhatsApp or email<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers must transfer the required amount and\u00a0<strong>share a clear payment screenshot<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After verification, the\u00a0<strong>remaining balance (if any)<\/strong> will be payable via COD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders will only be dispatched&nbsp;<strong>after advance payment is confirmed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Credit\/Debit Card Payments (Pakistan)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept credit and debit card payments at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please note that card payments are processed through our international (UK) banking channel. As a result, some local banks may apply foreign transaction or international processing fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any such charges are determined and applied directly by your bank or card issuer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elvor does not receive or control these additional fees and is not responsible for any bank-imposed surcharges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All credit\/debit card payments are refunded to the original method of payment. Refunds may take\u00a05\u201310 business days to reflect, depending on bank processing times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Repeat Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers who have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previously <strong>refused delivery<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failed to accept parcels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeatedly cancelled orders after dispatch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Will <strong>not be eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD)<\/strong> in future orders.<br>Such customers may be required to <strong>pay in advance<\/strong> to place new orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This policy helps us reduce losses caused by dispatch and return costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Fake Payment Proof &amp; Fraud Prevention<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sharing <strong>fake, edited, or false bank transfer screenshots<\/strong> is considered fraud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders associated with fake payment proof will be\u00a0<strong>immediately cancelled<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers involved in such activity will be\u00a0<strong>blacklisted<\/strong> and permanently restricted from placing future orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elvor reserves the right to take further action if required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Order Verification &amp; Cancellation Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Elvor reserves the right to <strong>verify any order<\/strong> before dispatch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders may be cancelled if payment verification fails or if incorrect details are provided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any attempt to misuse payment methods may result in order cancellation without prior notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6.
